I look forward to helping you become the best version of yourself — because you’re already beautiful! ═════════════════ POLICIES ═════════════════ BOTOX & FILLER •Arrive with a clean face no makeup if possible •Avoid alcohol for 24 hours before appointment •Avoid blood thinning products (Advil, ibuprofen, aspirin, fish oil, vitamin E) for 5-7 days prior unless prescribed by your doctor. •Eat beforehand and plan for possible mild swelling or bruising. BOOKING & DEPOSITS • A valid card is required on file to reserve all appointments. • A non-refundable deposit of $50 is required to book. This deposit will be fully applied toward your service total on the day of your visit. CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULING At Precision Wellness, we are committed to delivering an exceptional experience. To help us serve everyone efficiently, please note: • Notice Requirement: We ask that cancellations or changes be made at least 48 hours in advance so we can offer that time to other clients. • Late Cancellations: Cancellations received less than 48 hours before your appointment may be subject to a $50 cancellation fee. • No-Shows: Clients who do not arrive for their appointment without prior notice will be charged the full service fee. • Emergencies: We understand that life happens. Contact us as soon as you are able and we will review the situation individually. LATE ARRIVALS • We offer a 15-minute grace period. Arriving more than 15 minutes late may require rescheduling and will be subject to the cancellation policy. REFUNDS • Due to the customized nature of medical aesthetic services, all treatments and product purchases are non-refundable. • We are committed to your satisfaction and will always address any concerns at your follow-up visit. GOOD FAITH EXAM (NEW CLIENTS) • A Good Faith Exam (GFE) is conducted by an advanced practitioner before any medical procedure is performed. This ensures the treatment is medically safe and the best option for you. • This exam is valid for 1 year across all services provided. • CRITICAL: Any change in your medical history must be reported to Becky prior to your next appointment. ────────────────── Treatments provided under physician-directed protocols.
